DIGITAL MAPPING

Named after trades and legends, each street in Jaipur tells a unique story. From Bagru Waalon ka Rasta, known for traditional fabric printing, to the whispers of local lore in Barah Bhaiyyon ka Chaurahah, Jaipur's streets are living museums of its vibrant past. The Street Names project documents these tales, preserving Jaipur's local history for future generations.
A drone survey at Satpale Lake in Virar, near Mumbai, was conducted for Collaborative Design Studio LLP's lake rejuvenation project. The survey produced aerial photographs, Ground Control Points (GCPs), an Orthophoto, Digital Surface Models (DSMs), Digital Terrain Models (DTMs), and 360-degree aerial shots. A dense point cloud created a 3D textured mesh for detailed analysis and visualisation, supporting precise measurements, contour map creation, digital elevation model (DEM) development, and enhanced GIS accuracy.

PHOTOGRAMMETRY

The Sion Fort in Mumbai has been meticulously documented and transformed into a 3D model through drone photogrammetry. High-resolution aerial photographs and Ground Control Points (GCPs) ensured accuracy, creating orthophotos, Digital Surface Models (DSM), and Digital Terrain Models (DTM). This detailed mapping aids researchers and historians in preserving the fort's heritage and enhancing geographical information systems (GIS).
